FROM IDEA TO FINISHED BATHROOM
Before the first tiles were laid, Louise and her family got expert guidance to find the right solution for both the space and their needs.
Visualisations and floor plans helped them find a layout with room for storage, freedom of movement and a calm look.

A BATHROOM DESIGNED FOR EVERYDAY LIFE
The family bathroom is the room in the home that is used the most, and functionality was therefore just as important as aesthetics.
Louise needed plenty of storage, but wanted a light and harmonious look without tall, dominating cabinets. The answer was an extra-wide furniture piece from the Dansani Calidris range, paired with a slim wall-mounted cabinet that holds everyday essentials while keeping the room visually calm.
Warm oak fronts bring a natural warmth to the space, while the floating lines lend the furniture a light and elegant character.

when light becomes part of the design
With its north-facing position, the family's bathroom receives only limited daylight, and lighting therefore became a central part of the design.
The round Moon mirror offers adjustable brightness and colour temperature, allowing the light to follow the rhythm of the day and its changing needs.
Beneath the furniture, a soft glow lifts the large unit visually and lends the room a warm and inviting atmosphere.

a common thread throughout the home
Beside the bathroom furniture is a slim wall-mounted cabinet in the same warm oak, offering extra storage for everyday essentials and lending the room a light, almost sculptural expression.
The idea returns in the entrance hall, where a matching cabinet ties the two spaces together. By repeating materials and details, Louise has created a sense of cohesion that runs through the home and defines her interior.
