At Dansani, we believe in creating added value for our customers. We therefore have greater focus on the retailers' sales from their stores than our sales to them.

We are not content merely to sell display bathrooms which gather dust in the stores. It is not until the display models and our other initiatives produce customer traffic, turnover and positive figures on the bottom line of the stores that we consider it a sales success.

This way of thinking is completely natural to us, but we are well aware of the demands it places on us as a business partner. Demands that we do our utmost to fulfil. This means that both in words and actions, we go that little bit further in our endeavours to generate sales from the stores.

Above all, it demands that we understand our customers' business and conditions almost as well as our own products. We listen to the retailers and base our market actions on their reality and needs. The knowledge we acquire in this way is expressed in many of the things which Dansani implements and offers to its customers.

The showroom is our customers' most important asset. We endeavor to advise and help the retailers to make optimum use of the display, area with an eye to maximum profits.

Everyday life as a retailer and collaborator with us must be simple and straightforward. Among other things, this is reflected in the high quality of our customer service and short delivery time, minimising the customers need for storage space.

We train the staff of our customers to ensure that they have in-depth knowledge of our products, provide professional advice to customers and employ a result-orientated sales technique and salesperson behaviour. In addition, we develop promotional campaigns and offer marketing support with brochures and shop-in-shop solutions, etc.

The well-designed quality products from Dansani in themselves offer plenty of sales arguments, making them attractive to the consumers. The appearance, functionality and quality of the products also help to attract customers to the store and enhance its competitive profile.
